) Applicant must show that they are qualified to receive aid. This includes the need for aid and that the recipient is the subject class in which aid is intended.
) Applicant must show in a narrative no less than 50 no more than 250 words what the exact intended use of the potential donation would be.
) Individual must be facing economic hardship of his/her immediate family or child had a specific need.
) Applicant must be a permanent resident of Cape Cod and the Islands.
) All donations are at the discretion of the Bands for Badges Board of Directors. All recipients will be screened through a thorough due diligence process.
) The BFBBOA will distribute monies directly to the source of the need.
) Board members will be required to recuse themselves in any conflict is determined with an applicant.
) All decisions are at the discretion of the BFBBOA and all decisions are final.
) Additional information may be need from applicant and would be required within 30 days of date of submittal.
